I reached out for info via email as the car was listed with no pictures because they just took it in. I was quickly sent an email back from Umar the salesman regarding my request for more info and pics. He immediately got pics as quickly as he could and we were able to come to a agreed upon price over the phone. My son was local so I was able to get visual confirmation of the condition. Following all the help from Umar, followed Jon the finance manager. He helped seamlessly finish the deal and giving me a great deal on my extended warranty that fit my needs. In inspectioning the car there was one small issue that I asked to have the dealer correct. Then came all the help from the service manager who went above and beyond to fix the issue I had with the car. I flew into Detroit airport from NY and Umar picked me up from the airport. This has been one of the best experiences I've had at a dealership in my 49 years of purchasing vehicles. I will definitely come back to this dealership again when I plan to purchase the Toyota Camry I've been looking at next. Thanks again to Umar and the team at Toyota of Ann Arbor!
