I just left Toyota of Ann Arbor in a brand new Tacoma. Justin was patient, kind and made sure that all the questions I had were answered while having a positive attitude throughout the whole process. He was phenomenal and I would highly recommend seeing him when you are looking for a vehicle. Tony helped me finance the vehicle and he is very kind and thorough. TLDR: I wish I needed two cars so I could buy both from Eric and Vince. I unexpectedly found myself needing a vehicle and stopped into Toyota of Ann Arbor. Car shopping isn't always fun but I'd happily do it again here. Eric was understanding, patient, and honest. He let me test drive multiple vehicles and helped me understand all my options thoroughly. Once I decided on the '26 Rav4, Vince took care of the magic behind the curtain. Because it was still early in the year, getting one in stock required some patience but Eric kept me up to date and was easily reachable when I had questions. Vince also made what could have been an anxious waiting period feel as comfortable and worry-free as possible. Every question or "can I see the interior pictures one more time" was met with an "of course, we want you to be happy with your car!" Yes, the cars are great but the experience was what sealed it.

Our purchasing experience has been great. I happened to have surgery that just lined up with when the car arrived at the dealership and they did everything in their power to accommodate me and my situation.
